Edward A. Ferris, aged 65, of Lyons, passed away September 29, 2006.  He was 
born May 8, 1941, the son of George and Alta (Curtis) Ferris.  He married 
Roselyn Wolthuis June 10, 1961 in Clarksville.  He retired from General Motors 
in 1993.  Edward was a member of the Local UAW 652.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Roselyn Ferris of Lyons; sons 
Stephen and Linda Ferris of Muir, Scott and Autumn Ferris of Lyons, and Stuart 
and Amanda Ferris of Lyons; daughters, Sheila Ferris of Ionia and Roseann 
Wireman of Ionia; brother Norman and Betty Jo Ferris of Orleans and 9 
grandchildren and one special great grand-daughter Taylor.  He was preceded in 
death by 2 brothers, John and Freeman and sister, Lila.

At his request there will be no funeral services held.
