She and her beautiful smile will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Fetzner will be Fri., Feb. 11, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Eastminister Presbyterian Church. Elder Susan Loenshal will officiate with burial in the Woodard Lake Cemetery, Ionia County. Friends may call at the Whiting Funeral Chapel in Breckenridge Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to Gratiot Commission on Aging. Naomi Idaleen was born Dec. 6, 1913 in Ionia County, the daughter of John and Nettie (Snow) Stedman. On June 21, 1940 she married N. Victor Fetzner, a union lasting 64 years. Naomi was a teacher, retiring from the Alma School Systems, a past worthy matron of Eastern Stars, a life-time member of Good Sam RV Club, of which she and her husband were King and Queen in the 1989 State Samboree, and a charter member of the Eastminister Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed her time working with the 29ers, knitting and sewing, listening to and participating in many musical experiences, and spending time with family and friends. Surviving besides her husband Vic are four children, Margaret (Ronald) Fowler of Westphalia, Vicki (Doug) Aldrich of Wheeler, John (Katrinki) Fetzner of Mt. Pleasant, and Rex (Terri) Fetzner of Connecticut; daughter-in-law Norma Henderleider of Alma; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and brother Leslie (Phyllis) Stedman of Ionia.
