Tyler Lee Fields, 5, precious son of Joe Fields and Frances Martin, passed away
Monday morning, Jan. 16, 2006, at their home in Belding under the loving care of
his family and Hospice.  Tyler was born Sept. 10, 2000, in Grand Rapids.  He
will be greatly missed by his family and friends but remain in their hearts and
minds forever.

He is survived by his parents; sister, Brianna; his grandparents and
great-grandparents, Becky and Terry Scott of Nunica, Ron and Cheri Halladay of
Woodland, Don and Sally Fields of Carson City, Ona Reed of Matherton, Frances
Kaminski of Sparta, Ron and Pat Halladay of Hastings and Leon Halladay of Wyoming.

Funeral services 11 a.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding,
with Pastor Larry DeGroot of Nashville Baptist Church officiating.  Interment
will follow in Bloomer Township Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6
to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
may be given to DeVos Children’s Hospital.
