Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Fri. June 28, 2013

IONIA- Formerly of Mulliken, Annetta's life ended peacefully on June 25, 2013 
at the age of 85. She was preceded in death were husband Lyle Lynd, daughter 
Marilyn, husband Harold and daughter Anita.

Born in Nashville, Michigan on June 23, 1928; she began life in a family of 11 
siblings. She successfully raised 10 children; Anita, Kathy, Marilyn, Diane, 
Frances, Janice, Karl, Jeff, John and Jill, and had 17 grandchildren. Untiring 
sacrifice for family to have the opportunities and comforts she rarely enjoyed 
were the trademark of her selflessness.

In the last years of her life she was fortunate to be afforded rest from her 
labors and experienced peaceful, relaxing and wonderful times with her partner, 
Cass Grabski. Together they traveled, experienced joy and felt peace. The 
family deeply thanks Cass for providing such a beautiful full and wonderful 
experience; including the traditional glass of wine while watching Tigers 
baseball. We are forever in your debt.

Services 11 A.M. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Barker-Leik Funeral Home, 
Mulliken. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery. The family will 
receive friends from 5 - 8 P.M Friday, June 28, 2013 at the funeral home. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
