WILLIAM J. FILLION Sr.

LAKE ODESSA William Fillion Sr., 66, of Lake Odessa, formerly of Holt, did 
Monday at St.Lawrence Hospital in Lansing.

He was born March 9, 1919 in Houghton-Hancock, the son of Camille & Antionette 
Tellier Fillion. He attended St. Casamers in Lansing.

He married Jewell Theodorski June 15, 1940 in Lansing. They lived in the Holt 
area till 1971 when they moved to Lake Odessa. He was employed at Oldsmobile in 
Lansing as a Millright for 49 years.

He was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Lake Odessa, the Moose Lodge 
of Hastings and the Oldsmobile Quarter Century Club.

Surviving are his wife, Jewell; two sons, William Fillion Jr., David Fillion, 
both of Lake Odessa; one daughter, Janet Thompson of Lake Odessas; one brother, 
Robert Fillion of Trufant; four sisters, Margaret Long of Lake City, Florence 
Bailey of Lansing, JoAnne Huntington of Eaton Rapids, Delores Spagnoulo of 
Lansing,

Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Cora Willarert of Lake Odessa, five 
grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rosary services will be Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Koops Funeral Chapel inLake 
Odessa. Funeral mass will be Thursday 11 a.m. at St.Edwards Church with the Rev. 
Dennis Morrow officiating.

Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 p.m. 
and 7-9 p.m. at Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa.
