He lived at 913 Marigold St., East Lansing. He was born March 16, 1906 in Okemos, Mich. Dr. Fink was principal of Belding High School from 1930 to 1914 after which he was superintendent at Lake Odessa. He earned his AB degree from Albion college, MA degree from U of M and his Doctorate in Education from MSU. He joined the MSU staff in 1947 and became chief enrollment officer for the University college in 1957. At the time of his death, Dr. Fink was assistant Dean of University College at MSU. He is survived by his wife, Frances; two sons, Fred who is teaching at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Africa and Robert who is in Kalamazoo; his mother, a brother and two sisters; three grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, East Chapel, East Lansing. Burial was in Glendale cemetery, Okemos.
