Lloyd R. Fishell, 79, of Vickeryville died suddenly at his home Tuesday of an 
apparent heart attack.  He was born November 30, 1892 in Evergreen township, 
Montcalm County.  A retired farmer he had lived in Vickeryville the past 23 
years.  

His wife, Neva, died in 1969.  Surviving are two sons, Pat of Fenwick and 
Frank of Sheridan; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Lake of Belding and Mrs. 
Robert Fitzgerald of Palo; 15 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Stebbins funeral home in 
Sheridan.  Rev. Edward Boyd will officiate and interment will be at Palo 
cemetery.  Family will be at the funeral home Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 
9 p.m.  Bearers will be Lee Sloan, Orran Middleton, Carl Roberts, Percy 
Granger, Robert Arntz, and Robert Walter.
