The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, July 16, 1969
Mrs. Neva L. Fishell, 71, of Vickeryville, died Wednesday morning at the Ionia 
County Memorial Hospital.  Born January 19, 1898 she was daughter of James and 
Ada Emmory.  She was a member of East Bushnell Aid Society and Thursday club 
of Bushnell township and Teacher Retirement association.  She had been a 
teacher at Bogart, Chittle, Piper, Sheridan, Crystal and Loomis schools.  In 
1918 she was married to Lloyd Fishell.

Survivors including her husband, Lloyd, are two sons, Pat W. of Fenwick and 
Frank E. of Sheridan; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Lake of Fenwick and Mrs. 
Robert Fitzgerald of Palo; 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  She 
was preceded in death by a son Howard in 1944. 

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan 
with burial in Palo cemetery.  Family will be at the funeral home Wednesday 
and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
