Ionia Sentinel Standard - June 28, 2011


Ricky Lee Fisher, 57, of Saranac passed away June 24, 2011 in Grand Rapids. He 
was born March 13, 1954 in Ionia, Michigan the son of Vernon and Dorothy 
(Martin) Fisher.

Ricky is survived by his daughter, Skye Fisher of Lowell; granddaughter, Aili 
Fisher of Lowell; brothers, Duane (Barb) Fisher of Saranac and Keith (Valerie) 
Fisher of Reed, Mo.; sister, Sharon (Ed) Grawburg of Lake Odessa; and several 
nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Shirley Heintzelman 
and Betty Meyers.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday 2 p.m. at United Methodist Church in 
Lowell with Rev. Rick Blunt officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior 
to services at the church.

Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Anyone wishing may make memorial 
contributions in Ricky’s name to the family for funeral expenses. Online
