The Belding Banner, Thursday, March 18, 1965


Joseph L. Fisher, age 82, of 3531 Hawley Highway, Belding, died Tuesday at 
Belding Community hospital.  Mr. Fisher was born in Otisco Township, August 28, 
1882 and lived at R-1, Belding since 1940.  On December 10, 1907 he was married 
to Blanch Sible who survives.  Also surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Althea 
Rank, R-1, Belding.

Funeral services will be held Thursday (today) at 2 p.m. from the Huffman 
Funeral Home with Rev. Dean of the Central Methodist church officiating.  
Burial will be in River Ridge cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Douglas Jenks, R. 
C. Seeley, Ted. Houseman, Clarence Schwader, George Scheid and Henry Slager.
