She had been in ill health for several years. Her parents were Charles and Edith Shepard and she live her when young and returned after her marriage to Burt Fisher, and has been a resident here since 1921. Her husband passed away in 1950. Mrs.Fisher was a member of the Central Methodist church Rebekah Lodge and a Past Matron of the Rebekahs, member of the Lake Odessa chapter OES and Blue Star Mothers. Surviving are three sons, Royal of Hastings, Maj. Charles Fisher with the U.S. Air Force in Japan, and Burt of Lake Odessa; a daughter, Mrs. William (Rose) Lane of Lake Odessa and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. George Elliott of Hastings officiated.
