Mrs. Fisher was born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania October 17, 1848. She was married to William H. Fisher in 1869, both coming to Michigan in 1886, and settled in Lyons, which has since been her home. Mr. Fisher died some years ago. She is survived by three children who are Mrs. Blanche Munday, of Grand Rapids; Mrs. Maude Groves of Ionia township; and Earl Fisher of Lyons; also four brothers and two sisters, Charles Worden, of Orlando, Florida, Justus Worden of Vandalia, New York; John Worden of Oleano, Pennsylvania, and Martin Worden of Jacksonville, Florida. The two sisters are Mrs. M. Chafe of Bradford, Pennsylvania and Mrs. Eliza Lawe of Muir. The services will be held from the home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock standard time. Rev. George Curtis of the Baptist church will officiate. The burial will be in the Lyons Cemetery.
