Belding Banner-News, 7 Apr 1926

Walter Fisk, aged 64 years, pioneer resident of this district, passed away at
his farm home northwest of the city Tuesday afternoon at about two o’clock,
following an illness caused by pneumonia and jaundice.  Mr. Fisk was born on the
farm where his death occurred and has always been a prominent and esteemed
citizen of the community.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon
at two o’clock, Rev. H. S. Ellis officiating and burial will be in Otisco
cemetery.  Surviving are the widow and four children, Mrs. Lawrence Gephart, of
Grand Rapids; Joe Fisk, of Detroit; Mrs. Rollie Rising, of Saranac and Don Fisk,
at home.
