Ionia Sentinel, 7 Oct 1946

Edward Fitzgerald, 70, died at his home in Berlin township Sunday afternoon.  
He had been in failing health for several years.  He was born in Ionia in 
1876.  His last employment was at the Grooms barber shop.

He is survived by two daughters, Esther and Dorothy, of Ionia; a brother, John, 
of Ionia, and a sister, Nina Barbour, of Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday from the Bradley funeral 
home, and at 9:00 a.m. from the SS. Peter and Paul church.  Interment will be 
at the Mt. Olivet cemetery.
