Edmund J. Fitzpatrick, age 72, of San Angelo, TX, formerly of Hubbardston, 
passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 7, 2009. 

Edmund was born October 6, 1936 in Carson City to Leo and Lorraine Ann 
(Schneider) Fitzpatrick. He has been married to Wilma (Kline) Fitzpatrick for 
35 years. He retired from the Amway Corporation in 2001 and then moved to 
Texas. He served in the US Navy for four years deployed out of San Diego, CA. 
He enjoyed walking his dog Freddie and watching sports; especially baseball, 
football and NASCAR. He will be remembered as a man of high integrity and 
wisdom, always lending a helping hand with a smile and he loved to travel. 

He is survived by his wife Wilma of San Angelo, TX, two children Perry 
Fitzpatrick of Hubbardston, Jackie Fitzpatrick of Rockford, grandson Austin 
Fitzpatrick, mother Lorraine Fitzpatrick, step-children Larry (Mary Jo) 
Fitzpatrick, Ronnie (Clayton) Brege, Lori (Gordon) Keech, Dan (Jodi) 
Fitzpatrick, and five step-grandchildren. Also, a sister Nancy (Jerry) Platte 
and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Leo 
Fitzpatrick, and brother Gordon Fitzpatrick. 

A funeral mass will be held at 11 am Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at St. John the 
Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston with Father Charlon Mason officiating. 
Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held 
Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home, Carson City 
with a rosary at 7:30 pm.
