Belding Banner News-Thurs. Dec. 5, 1968

HARRISON L. FLETCHER
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Fitzjohn-Courser Funeral Home for

Harrison L. Fletcher, 80, of 414 East Washington Street.

Rev. Wilford D. Wood officiated. Interment was at River River Cemetery. Pallbearers
were Leonard Hall, Sylvester Dehn, Dalton Rayborn, David L. Cameron, Ronald Jackson and 
Sherman Jackson.

Mr. Fletcher died Monday at United memorial hospital, Greenville. He was born
September 7, 1888 in Vergennes Township, Lowell, the son of George W and Lucinda (Godfrey) 
Fletcher.

He was married to Hazel P. Fletcher who preceded him in death October 25, 1968.

 A retired postal clerk, Mrs. Fletcher spent 40 years employed at the Belding post
office.

He was a life member of Belding Lodge No. 355 F & AM.

Survivors are two sons Willis G. of Mundelein, Illinois and Gordon M. of Belmont and
seven grandchildren..
