Daughter of Jacob C. and Nancy B. Shelton Harrington

Married Ed. L. Foote on November 23, 1934

Preceded in death by her husband (December 31, 1963); a son, Charles; sister 
Nellie Lumbert; brothers, George and Fred Harrington.

Survived by her sister-in-law and many nieces and nephews
