Funeral services will be held at her home in Lyons Thursday, May 3, at 2 p.m. with burial in Lyons cemetery. Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. Herman Stewert of Bloomfield Hills, Mrs. Myrtle Robinson of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Charles Merkle of Ionia and Mrs. Albert Schmidt of Orleans; two sons, Benjamin Evilsizer of Manchester and Floyd Evilsizer of Pontiac; 19 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fordham was born February 20, 1868 in Ionia the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Soper, and spent her entire life in this county. She was married to Frank Evilsizer and five children were born to them. Following his death she was married in 1898 to John Fordham. One child, Mrs. Albert Schmidt, was born to them. She had lived in Lyons since her marriage to Mr. Fordham.
