Sentinel-Standard - Monday, April 10, 1922

Mrs. Mary Forebeck died at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon at her home, 225 
Railroad street, after an illness of about a week. At first diphtheria was 
thought to be the cause of death, but upon examination of a throat culture at 
Lansing, it is said to be a severe case of throat trouble. Besides her husband, 
Henry Foreback she leaves two children, Charles and Myrtle both at home. The 
funeral will be held at the residence Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. M. 
H. Garrand will officiate and the burial will take place in Highland Park 
cemetery.
