LAKE ODESSA- Robert E. Forman, age 80, of Lake Odessa passed away suddenly 
on Saturday, April 16, 2005.

Robert was born on October 4, 1924 in Jackson, to Howard and Ola (Hayes) 
Forman.

He proudly served his country during WWII and was stationed at Pearl Harbor. 

Robert loved playing his banjo.

He was employed by Oldsmobile in Lansing for 33 years prior to his 
retirement in 1979.

Robert is survived by his wife, Anne; children, Karen (Michael) McGhie and 
Gale E. (Jean) Forman; step-children, Richard (Kathy) Brooks, Robert (Cindy) 
Brooks, Terry (Alta) Brooks, Cathy (Scott) Sowder, and David (Donna) Fess; 
11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Donna (Joe) Ziegler; and 
many other loving relatives and friends. 

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sheila Chouniard and 
Opal Ide; and wife, Lois (Carpenter).

The funeral service was held Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Koops Funeral 
Chapel. Burial took place in Lakeside Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels.

Arrangements were made by Koops Funeral Chapel, Lake Odessa.
