Lake Odess Wave
          T. FORSTER DIED SATURDAY MORN.
Theodore Forster, 83, retired Lake Odessa jeweler, died at the Ionia County Memorial
hospital in Ionia.  
Saturday morning following a short illness with pneumonia.  However he had been in
failing health for several months.  He is survived by one son Charles D. Forster of 
Cleveland, Ohio.
   Funeral services were held from the Pickens Funeral chapel Monday afternoon with
the Rev. J. Lawrence Ward, pastor of Central church, officiating.  Burial was in 
Lakeside cemetery.
   Mr. Forester came to Lake Odessa from Lakeview in 1894 and operated a jewelry
store here until his retirement in August of 1944.
