ORIE FOSBURG
SARANAC - Orie Forsburg of Lake Odessa a former Saranac resident, died Wednesday at
Osteopathic hospital in Grand Rapids.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Morris-Roetman funeral
home in Saranac.

SARANAC - Funeral services for Ora C. Fosburg of route 2, Bliss road, Lake Odessa
will be Monday at 1 pm at Morris-Roetman funeral home in Saranac. Rev. Ross Tracy of Belding
will officiate and interment will be at Saranac cemetery.

Mr. Fosburg, 53, died Wdnesday at Grand Rapids Osteopathic hospital of an apparent
heart attack. Born in Saranac, September 28, 1918 he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jess W. 
Fosburg. He was employed 23 years at Kelvinator in Grand Rapids and a resident of
Lake Odessa the past 4 1/2 years.

He was married September 28, 1940, in Ohio to Edith Phillips, and she survives as do
six sons, Donald J. of New York, Robert C. of Oregon, Spec. 5 James R.,serving with the
armed forces in Germany, Dale L. , Russell O., and Mark A., all at home;  five daughters
Mrs.Fred Deible of Lowell, Mrs.Gary Deatsman of Woodland, Mrs. Robert Minaker of Ionia, Mrs.

James Wireman of Woodland and Teressa Forsburg at home; 18 grandchildren; brother, 
Floyd Forsbutg of Lowell; three sisters, Mrs.Clarence Carter of Mecosta, Mrs. Lyle
Sitzer of Grand Haven and Mrs. Charles Downing of Grand Haven.

Family will be at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
