Ionia Daily Sentinel, 10 Sep 1913

Henry P. Foster died at 10:30 this morning after a year’s illness from kidney
and bladder trouble.  Mr. Foster was a well known Ionia resident, living for
years north of the city.  He returned a few months ago from Denver where he was
sometime with his daughter.  He leaves a wife and three daughters, two of whom
are here, Mrs. Fred Benedict of Lansing, Mrs. R.E. Close of Denver, Col., and
Mrs. Charles Anderson of Los Angeles, who will not come east.  Funeral from the
residence, 221 South Jackson street, Friday at 2 p.m., Rev. Cogsland of Lansing
officiating.  Interment in Highland Park.
