The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, June 1, 1920


Mrs. Alberta Fountain, aged 34 years, died at her home, 270 Adams street 
Sunday morning at 10:30, the cause of her death being given as congestion of 
the lungs.  Mrs. Fountain was a victim of the flu last winter.  She leaves her 
husband Willard, and one son Lee, aged 11 years.  The family came here from 
Millbrook four years ago, and Mr. Fountain has been employed by the Pere 
Marquette.  

The funeral will be held at 10:00 o’clock Thursday and the body will be taken 
to Millbrook for interment.
