Sentinel-Std. - Monday, Oct. 25, 1954

Charles W. Fowler, 70, of Lansing, died suddenly Saturday afternoon at 3:30 
while working on a home he owned in Webberville.

He was born at McBride and had lived on Hall street in Ionia several years ago.

Surviving are his wife, Ann; one son, Leo, of Long Island, N. Y.; two daughters, 
Mrs. Walter Leroy and Mrs. Loise Schmidt of Lansing; one granddaughter,  Diane 
Schmidt; three brothers, Marion of Hubbardston, Vernon of Jackson and Marvin of 
Denver, Colo.; five sisters, Mrs. Blaine Laden, Mrs. Pearl Taylor and Ms. Jason 
Lafler of Ionia, Ms. Maude Fowser of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Henry Goschel of St. 
Johns. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Calvary Baptist 
church in Lansing.

Interment will be at Webberville.
