                       Harriett Anne Fowler

Harriett Anne Fowler, 86 of Portland, assed away may 8, 2010, at Heartland 
Health Care in Ionia. She was born April 5, 1924, in Indiana, the daughter of 
Harry and Pauline (Collins) Johnson. Harriett married Bert Fowler in Angola, 
Ind., June 28, 1941. he preceded her in death march 17, 1987.

She was very active in bowling and golfing with her husband. She also loved to 
travel.Harriet was a past member of the Ionia Moose Lodge.

Harriett is survived by her children, Winona (Lee) Smith of Saranac, Karen 
Sippeley of Sunfield and Bert (Cheryl) Fowler jr. of Arizona; six grandchildren, 
eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter, Sue Ann.

Cremation has taken place and at her request there will be no 
services.Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Online condolences ma be
