Mrs. Evangeline L. Fox, 69, of rural Muir died unexpectedly May 14 at the 
Carson City hospital.  She was born February 15, 1907, the daughter of Fred 
and Mary Brayton, and was a life-long resident of the rural Muir area.  She 
married James A. Fox who preceded her in death December 21, 1972.  She was a 
member of the St. John’s the Baptist Catholic church in Hubbardston.

Survivors include two sons: John L. of Lansing and Michael J. of Jackson; 
three daughters: Mrs. Eugene Schafer of Hubbardston, Mrs. Leo Rademacher of 
Eagle, and Mrs. Roy Pung of Fowler; 23 grandchildren; a sister, Josephine 
Brayton of Muir; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be May 17 at 11 a.m. at the St. John’s the Baptist Catholic 
church in Hubbardston, Rev. Eugene Fox officiating.  Burial will be at the 
church cemetery.  Estep funeral home has the funeral arrangements.
