Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 May 1970

Requiem high mass for Louis Francis Fox, 71, will be Friday at 10 a.m. at SS 
Peter and Paul church.  He died Tuesday morning at Ionia Manor following an 
illness of five years.  He was born October 23, 1898, in North Plains township, 
the son of Timothy Fox and Mary O’Meara Fox.

He was a member of American Legion of Hubbardston and veteran of World War II.  
He was employed at General Motors division Fisher Body at Lansing and Detroit.

Surviving are two brothers, Leo of Ionia and James of Muir; sister, Mrs. Walter 
Brown of Wooster, Ohio.

Rosary will be recited at the Myers-Roetman funeral home on Thursday at 7:30 
p.m.  Interment will be at St. John Baptist cemetery, Hubbardston.
