Fox, 90, of Portland, passed on April 27, 2008. She was born on January 15, 1918 in Westphalia the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Gensterblum) Lenneman. Lillian was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and V. F. W. Post #4090 Ladies Auxiliary. At her home, she loved sewing for many people around town. She enjoyed playing cards, tending to her roses, baking and cooking. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; son James and an infant son Peter; brothers Ronald, Gerald, and Eugene Lenneman; and a sister Esther Nurenberg. Surviving are her children Karen (John) Kutchie of Harrison, Janice Fox of Olympia, Wash., Patricia (Joe) Vela of Wacousta, Raymond (Mary) Fox of Portland, and Mary and (Thomas) Lawrence of Portland; daughter-in-law Diane Fox of Portland; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings Betty (Hugh) Honsowitz, Edward (Connie) Lenneman and Joan McLeod; many nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian burial was celebrated May 2 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Larry King, presiding. Right of Committal followed at Portland Cemetery Arrangements were entrusted to the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Portland.
