Ionia Sentinel Standard, 25 Apr 1977

Barbara E. Fox, 33, of 247 Jenks road, Fenwick, died Saturday evening of
injuries sustained in a car-pick-up truck accident north of Ionia.  She was born
in Ionia October 13, 1943, the daughter of William and Virginia Werner Bennett
and lived most of her life in the Ionia area.  She graduated from Ionia high
school in 1963 and married James Fox August 7, 1965 in First Christian church. 
They made their home in Florida before returning to Ionia and settling in rural
Fenwick in 1976.

Mrs. Fox is survived by her husband; one son, James C. and one daughter, Daphne
at home; her mother, Mrs. Virginia Bennett of Ionia and two brothers William of
Escanaba and Russell of Ionia.

Services are Wednesday at 1 p.m. from the Leddick funeral home with Rev. Kenneth
Harger of Shiloh Community church officiating.  Burial is in Clear Lake
cemetery.  The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home
Monday 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
