Ionia Sentinel Standard, Sat. August 11, 1984
IONIA - Julis P. Fox, 57, of 851 E. Main, Ionia, died Thursday evening at St. 
Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids.

He was born October 1, 1926 in Easton Township to Henry and Olive Schneider Fox.

He was formerly employed at the Michigan Reformatory.  He retired May 19, 1984 
after 24 1/2 years of service.

He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church in Ionia and a past member of Elks 
and Moose of Ionia.

Surviving are his wife, Audrey; one daughter; one step-daughter; one stepson; 
his mother, Mrs. Olive Fox of IOnia; three sisters; nine grandchildren.  One 
brother, Roy Fox, preceded him in death.
