The Belding Banner, Wednesday, May 10, 1922
Mrs. Eugene Fox, aged 63 years, a pioneer resident of this city, and the 
Chadwick district, died at her home, 811 Morton avenue, Wednesday evening at 
7:30 o’clock following an illness of four days duration, which was caused by 
paralysis.  Mrs. Fox was born at Chadwick and lived in that neighborhood until 
coming to this city some twenty years ago and has built up an acquaintance, 
where many friends, together with the husband and two sons, Roy of Lansing and 
Fred of Grand Rapids, will mourn the loss of a good wife, mother and friend.  
A brother, Fred Wheeler and a sister, Mrs. Mary Brothers, of Howard City, also 
survive.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at two o’clock from the house, 
Rev. J. D. Aelick of the Latter Day Saints church officiating, and burial was 
in Green’s church cemetery.
