Fox, 54, of Stanton formerly of Ionia, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015, under the loving care of her family and Hospice. She was born on Jan. 28, 1961, in Carson City, the daughter of Ellis H. and Virginia C. (Smith) Bignell. Lisa graduated from Central Montcalm High School with the class of 1980. She enjoyed crocheting, baking and loved time spent with family. Lisa attended the First Congregational Church in Sheridan. She was married on Sept. 10, 1983, in Orleans to Charles J. Fox and he preceded Lisa in 2005. She was also preceded by her mother and her nephew Matthew Bignell. Lisa is loved and survived by her brothers and sisters, Howard and Lorena Bignell of Ionia, Tim (Rochelle) Bignell of Winston-Salem, NC, Rick and JoAnna Bignell of Six Lakes and Robin and Mike Moore of Belding; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family members. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 29, 2015, at the First Congregational Church, Sheridan with Pastor Phil VanDop officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening, May 28, 2015, at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Private committal prayers will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Sheridan. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Michigan. Envelopes will be available at church or at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding where cremation services have been entrusted.
