He had lived here 31 years. He was born June 7, 1901 in Spencer Township, Kent County. He was married to Edith Richards in Ionia, October 5, 1931 and she passed away July 1, 1956. Mr. Frandsen was employed as a brass furnace operator at Extruded Metals for 12 years and previously worked the Ed Ostrom farm for 11 years and eight years at the Gibson Plant. He was a member of the Belding Sportsmans Club. He is survived by three brothers, Lawrence, Sand Lake, Leo, Lansing, a half brother, Ernest Sorensen of Greenville and three sisters, Mrs. Victor (Emma) Richards of this city, Mrs. Helen Favel, Grand Rapids and Mrs. Helena Christiansen of Trufant and his stepmother, Mrs. Camilla Frandsen of Trufant, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 o’clock at Ellis Chapel with Rev. H.S.Ellis officiating and the burial was in Orleans cemetery. Pall bearers were Clifford Ort, Dale Potter, Robert Jewell, Elmer Lasco, George Miller and Orman Jones.
