October 14, 2023 FRANK Lisbeth Frank, age 83, of Saranac, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 in Grand Rapid.She was born November 27, 1939, in Clyde Bank, Scotland, the daughter of Robert and Ruby Garrow. Beth moved to Toronto at the age of 13 and would later move to the United States where she would meet her future husband at Bob Jones University in South Carolina. She married James Frank on July 15, 1960 in Toronto. They moved to Saranac, serving the Galilee Baptist Church as Pastor and Pastor's wife for over 40 years. She is survived by her children, Jay (Sue) Frank of Saranac; and Ann (Thomas)Farley of Oklahoma City, OK. Grandchildren; Kristie Farley, Krystal farley, Bre (Casey) Wood, Allison (Nathan) Poninski, and Maggie (Matt) Austin. great-grandchildren; Cole, Donovan, Logan, Nolan, Chloe, Silas, and Micah.Brother Jim (Lorna) Garrow of Guelph, Ontario. Brothers and sister-in-law Tom (Judy) Frank of Missouri and John (Barb) frank of Sidney.Nieces and nephews; Lisa, Sara, Josh, Joy, Joel, Jason, Eli, Leah, Ean and Joel. Beth was receded in death by her parents, her husband James, her sister Connie Carney, and grandson Keith Frank. She loved being a Pastor's wife and was very involved with many church activities, especially AWANA. Beth also enjoyed gardening. Cremation has taken place and there will be a Memorial Service at the Galilee Baptist Church on Saturday, October 14th at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Ryan Morter officiating. All are invited for a luncheon following the service int he gymnasium. there will be a visitation at the church on Friday, October 13th from 4-7 p.. in the Walker room. those wishing may make memorial contributions to the Galilee Baptist Church Youth Group.
