Ionia Sentinel Standard, 22 Sep 1989

Elizabeth R. Freund, 69, of 10633 Pewamo Road, Pewamo, died September 20, 1989
at home.  She was born October 16, 1919, in Detroit, a daughter of Frank and
Mary Scmidt Roosen.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford; four sons, Daniel of Long Beach,
Calif., William of St. Johns, Michael of Pewamo, and Frank of East Lansing; one
daughter Mrs. Michael (Susan) Wey of Waucousta; five grandchildren; three
brothers, Father William Roosen of Detroit, Fransis of Birmingham, and Jack of
Royal Oak; two sisters, Mary Anne Roosen of Royal Oak and Rita Cluff of Clawson.
 One brother, Robert, preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. Joseph Church and the Altar Society.

Rosary services will be held at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. at St. Mary’s Chapel in
Westphalia.  Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at
St. Joseph Church in Pewamo.  The Rev. William Rosen will officiate.  Burial
will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Arrangements by Neller Funeral Home of Portland.
