A long time Saranac resident Mrs. Alberta H. Frost, 93, of 93 Church, died 
early Monday morning at her residence after an extended illness.

Born January 25, 1875 in Canada, she moved to Keene township with her family at 
the age of two and has lived in Saranac since 1929.  Her husband Edward Frost 
preceded her in death in 1959.  She was a member of Saranac Community church 
and Women’s Fellowship.

She leaves a son Harold Frost of Saranac and a daughter Mrs. Horace Bieser of 
Dayton, Ohio; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Snell of Ionia.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Morris-Roetman funeral home at 
Saranac.  Rev. John Hancock will officiate and burial will be at Saranac 
cemetery.  A memorial has been established for those who wish to contribute to 
a memorial of their choice.
