Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 Feb 1961

Frank Frost, 78, of 325 Adams street, died unexpectedly at his home at 6:10 
Wednesday evening.  He was born in Ionia January 28, 1893 and spent his entire 
life in Ionia county.  He was the son of Frank and Bertha Clark Frost.  June 
25, 1907 he was married in Ionia to Ellen Kennedy.

Mr. Frost was employed as a machinist by Pere Marquette Railroad 30 years.  The 
last 10 years before his retirement in July 1948, he worked at Ionia 
Manufacturing company.

He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul church, a charter member of K of C 
council 944, also past grand knight and treasurer of the chapter for many 
years.  He was a member of Holy Name society.

Surviving besides his wife, Ellen, are a son, Frank B. Frost of Ionia; two 
daughters, Mrs. Mary Owen of Ionia, and Anne at home, and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul 
church with burial at Mt. Olivet cemetery.  Rosary will be recited at the 
Boynton funeral home Friday evening at 8 o’clock.
