Services for Leon Fulcher, 83, were held Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at 2 p.m. at 
Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home, McKenzie, Tenn., with Brother Gene Price 
officiating. Interment is at Oakwood Cemetery, Muir, Mich. Visitation was 
Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral 
Home 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 from 12 p.m. until 
service time.

Mr. Fulcher died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born on June 2, 
1929 to Lytle and Willie May Fulcher. He retired from Motor Wheel Corporation, 
Lansing, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Vicki Wood; his son, 
Jeffrey Fulcher; his step-daughter, Ronda Rogers, one sister, Gladys Gomez; and 
three brothers, Lonnie D. Fulcher, Howard Fulcher and Clarence Fulcher.

Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Carolyn H. Fulcher of McKenzie; two 
daughters, Sherry Fulcher of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Dianne (Terry) Franks of 
McKenzie; one son, Michael (Lynn) Fulcher of Harbor Springs, Mich.; one step 
daughter, Chris (Matt) Strickling of Portland, Mich.; one step-son, John C. 
Rogers of Ionia, Mich.; one sister, Maudie (Ron) Crooks of Sherlock Michigan; 
two brothers, William (Karen) Fulcher of Muir, Mich., and Gene (Pat) Fulcher of 
Holt, Mich., 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and three great-great-
great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his best friend and faithful 
companion “Lady” his dog who he treasured.

Graveside services for Leon Fulcher, 83, of McKenzie, Tenn., will be held at 2 
p.m. Friday, April 26 at Oakwood Cemetery in Muir.

Mr. Fulcher was born on June 2, 1929 to Lytle and Willie May Fulcher, and he 
died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at his residence.

A service was also held Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral 
Home in Tennessee.
