The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, May, 2009

Rodrick Leroy Fuller, of Ionia, passed away at home on May 27, 2009.

He was born March 11, 1937 in Ionia the son of Leroy and Dorothy Fuller. Rod 
loved to hunt, fish, watch football and spend time with his family. He worked 
for many years at the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ionia. He was affiliated 
with Berlin Center United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Virginia; 1 son Rodrick L. 
Fuller II of Orleans; 1 daughter Rhonda (Randy) Reed of Ionia; 6 
grandchildren, Renee (David Waddle) Reed, Rachael (Chad Haney) Reed, Stephanie 
(Chris) Salas, Ryan (Jenna) Reed, Emily Fuller and Grace Fuller and 6 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy; father, Leroy; mother-in-law, 
Agnes Dawson; father-in-law, Lester Dawson; sister, Marylyn Markle,; sisters-
in-law, Wilma Bennett and Gayle Dawson; brother, Jack Fuller; brothers-in-law, 
Charles Markle, Buck Hummel, Fred Dawson and Richard Hartman.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia 
with Pastor Den Slattery officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives Friday 4-7 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Interment will be at 
Easton Cemetery. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions in Rodrick's 
name to Hospice of Lansing, Ionia Area Hospice or Berlin Center Church.
