Bennett lib@dogsbark.com April 18, 2010, 2:51 am Portland Review and Observer FULLER, VILONA (GOODNOUGHT): Per THE PORTLAND REVIEW AND OBSERVER, Thursday Eve, 2-26-1920: "Woman, 92, Found Dead In Her Bed; Mrs. Vilona Fuller, Mother of Ira Fuller, Passes Away as She Sleeps; Mrs. Vilona Fuller, 92 years of age, was found dead in bed at the home of her son, Ira Fuller, in the southeastern part of the village, Sunday morning. Mrs. Fuller had resided with her son for the past 12 years and had been in feeble health for some time. She was born in Springwater, N.Y. October 24, 1828, and her husband, the late William Fuller, preceded her in death 11 years ago. Other children surviving, besides the son, Ira, are L. M. Fuller, of Marshall, and Mrs. Mary Davey, of Wayland. The maiden name of deceased was Goodenough. Funeral services were held at the home of Ira Fuller Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Blewfield, of the Methodist church,officiating. Burial was in Portland cemetery."
