The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, May 2, 1986

Funeral services for Douglas E. Furman, 84, of Ionia, who died April 29, were 
held Thursday at 3 p.m. fro the Montgomery-Leddick Funeral Home, with the Rev. 
Kenneth Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating.  

Burial was in Easton Cemetery.  Pallbearers were David, Michael and Steven 
Furman, Bruce Fox, and Dennis and Donald Swain.

Following graveside services, lunch was served to family and friends at Easton 
United Methodist Church.
