Ionia Standard, 23 Oct 1908

Douglass Furman died on Sunday morning at 4 o’clock, at the home on extreme
North Union Street.  He was aged 30 years, and with a wife and two small
children, a boy and girl, came to Ionia about three years ago.  Funeral service
at the house at 12 o’clock noon, on Tuesday, and it Muir at 2 o’clock. 
Interment at Muir.
