Anita Marie Fyan, aged 58, of Ionia passed away July 16, 2009.

She was born Aug. 20, 1950 in St. Johns, the daughter of Gerald and Vada 
(Bissell) Sturm. She married Fred Fyan Jr. in 1970. He preceded her in death 
April 8, 1994.

Anita is survived by children Rodney Fyan of Hastings, Rick (Michelle) Fyan of 
Lowell, Jerry (Jennifer) Fyan of Lyons, Angela (Tim Simon) Coston of Muir and 
Charles (Trina) Fyan of Ionia; 11 grandchildren; brothers Harry (Donna) Sturm 
of Lansing and Anthony (Jeri) Sturm of Lyons and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2 children, Donald and Danny, 1 brother John 
Sturm and 1 sister Maretta Datema.

A graveside service will be held Monday 2 p.m. at Lyons Cemetery with Pastor 
Marilyn Danielson officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives 
Sunday 5-8 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Muir. In lieu of flowers you may make 
memorial contributions to the family's choice.
