Christopher Gallagher, age 20, of Ionia, passed away unexpectedly October 9,
2009 in Charlotte.  He was born August 20, 1989 in Grand Rapids the son of Roger
Gallagher and Carin Franks.  Christopher graduated from Ionia High School in
2008 where he attended Heartlands Technical Institute for Culinary Arts.  He
loved to hunt.

Christopher is survived by his parents, Carin (Roy) Franks of Ionia and Roger
(Lynn) Gallagher of Charlotte; grandparents, Irene Baldwin of Lansing, Tom
Gallagher of Fenwick, Duane (Judy) Smith of Ionia and Jan (Roy) Wellman of
Sheridan; great-grandmother, Yvonne Franks of Portland; brothers, Destin Franks
of Ionia and Kaiden Franks of Ionia; stepbrother, Devin Gallagher of Charlotte
and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by one sister
Brittany in 1994 and one uncle Brian Smith in 2006.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 2 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia
with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment Easton Cemetery.
