Marietta W. Galloway, of Lansing, our loving mother, grandma and great-grandma, 
who was born Dec. 2, 1911, in Allentown, Penn., died November 9, 2004 at the 
age of 81.

Marietta was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Galloway, in 1999, 
and a brother, Alfred.

Surviving are her sons, Jeri H. (Char) Galloway of Grand Rapids, John D. 
(Shari) Galloway of Eugene, Ore., and James M. (Nickie) Galloway of Lansing; 
grandchildren, Lisa (Jerry) Wightman, Melissa (Tony) Phillips, Julie Galloway, 
Jeremy (Jacquie) Galloway and Joshua (Kelly) Galloway; great-grandchildren, 
Dustin, Jesse and Reygan Wightman, Amanda Jessica, Nick and Zack Phillips, 
Briana Brewer, Jakob and Brendan Galloway; brothers, Arthur (Noni) Ueberroth of 
Lansing, Winfield Ueberroth of Lakeland, Fla., David (Irene) Ueberroth of 
Traverse City, Walter Ueberroth of Livonia and Raymond (Ruth) Ueberroth of 
DeWitt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at noon at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. 
Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, with the Rev. Wesley B. Emerson, 
of Mason, officiating.  Interment will follow in Balcom Cemetery, Ionia.
