Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 13 Sep 1920

Willis W. Galloway died at the home of his daughter in Adrian on September 9. 
The remains were brought to Ionia Saturday and taken directly to Palo to the
home of his brother, John Galloway.  The funeral was held at Palo Sunday at
3:30, Rev. Bell of Palo officiating.  The singers were Mrs. Remmer, Mrs.
[unreadable], Mrs. McKimble, Clark Remmer, [unreadable], and Blanche
[unreadable].  The bearers were A.C. Holly, Will Remmer, Mannie Remmer, Fred
[unreadable] and C.B. Johnson.

[Transcriber’s note: There are notations on the obituary card that his parents
were Barney and Ellen L. (Pew) Galloway; his wife was Ida E.; and he was buried
in Palo Cemetery.]
