Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 14 Feb 1953

Services for Mrs. Lucy V. Galloway, 90, were held Friday at 2 p.m. at the First 
Methodist church with the Rev. Heath Goodwin officiating.  Mrs. Galloway died 
Tuesday at the Ionia Convalescent Home.

Grave services were held at Balcom cemetery.  Soloist at the church service was 
Gordon Galloway accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Dale Rosecrance.

Casket bearers were Warren Rogers, Julius VanderLugt, Ed Chapin, Gayle 
Galloway, Clare Galloway, and Clayton G. Harwood.

Those from away attending the service were Mr. and Mrs. Pitt Galloway and 
family and Mrs. Florence Mumford of St. Johns; Mrs. Clifford Harwood and Mr. 
and Mrs. Warren Rogers of Portland.
