Mrs. Galloway had been in failing health for the past two years, and suffered a stroke of apoplexy recently. Mrs. Galloway was 66 years of age at the time of her death. Before her marriage she lived in Bushnell township, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Bacon. She had been a member of the Baptist church at Palo, and was one of the active workers. Besides her husband she is survived by one son, M. Clare Galloway; a granddaughter, Dorothy, and a sister, Mrs. Page Borden, of North Plains township. The funeral will be held at the Baptist church in Palo Friday afternoon at 2:30 sun time. Rev. W. T. Woodhouse will officiate. Burial will take place in the Palo cemetery.
