IRA GARLOCK DIED

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 3 at the Burns-Gunther Funeral 
Home in Carson City for Ira J. Garlock, 71, farmer and former merchant. Mrs. 
Garlock passed away early Sunday at the home of his daughter following an 
illness of three months. 

He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Powell; a daughter, Mrs. John 
Crockett of Kalamazoo; two sons, Harlan of Reed City and Merton of Lake Odessa; 
eleven grandchildren and one great grandson.

Services were conducted by Rev. H. James Birdsall of the Methodist Church and 
burial was in the Carson City Cemetery.
